How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. 

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide.

Is my order eligible for free shipping?

Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum amount required, excluding discounted, sale, and oversized/overweight products. Your order will be shipped using economy shipping.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. By it is happening very rare and generally you should not worry about it.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 

How do I track my package?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

When will I get my tracking code?

Please allow 1-5 days after placing the order to get your tracking number. Please do not worry if you do not get it right away. It does not affect actual shipping status. That means, that even if you did not get tracking number yet, your item is fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.

What if my tracking number is not working?

Please do not worry if your tracking number is not working right away. Usually tracking number info updates 1-2 times a week. It is normal and it does not affect actual shipping status. That means, that even if you can't check shipping status with tracking number yet, your item already shipped.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. 

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24-72 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

 

What do I do if i have missing items in my order?

If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Regular shipping time to most countries is around 14-25 business days. However there is some rare occasions when shipping takes up to 45 days. That doesn’t mean that your delivery will be that long, just be aware that could happen because of reasons beyond our control (problems with postal service, customs, etc). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.

How will my order be shipped?

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Orders will be processed within 2 days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore DayHero is not guaranteeing delivery dates

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

If after 60 days, you still haven't received your order, we will refund your money, no questions asked

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Please note that:

  • Sale Items are FINAL CLEARANCE SALE. Only full price items can be returned.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition; unused and including packaging. We will not refund the value of each missing component.
  • We cannot accept items that have been worn or altered.Even if returned, all used, broken, or altered items will not be refunded.They will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for the exchanged item, actual shipping cost can be greater than product value.
  • While returning items with a value of $75.00 or more, we suggest you to use a shipping method with signature confirmation and tracking number.

Will shipping be covered for my return?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item(s) i received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the return process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
